On September 10, 2024, CannXperts was appointed as Receiver over all of Tumalo Industries assets. The Receiver's Sales and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP) has now received court approval. An email has been sent to all those who signed up to receive notifications and the process to view the Virtual Data Room has started.
