  • Business is Registered with the Oregon Secretary of State. The name on the LUCS must match the business that the license will be under.

  • Provide a copy of the new/recent approved Land Use Compatibility Statement (LUCS) for your property from the city or county. The OLCC does not allow a LUCS to be aged (over a year) or have been already used on a different application.

  • Due to the OLCC being up to date in processing applications, buyers need to be ready to schedule the OLCC Inspection within 45 days of the application being assigned as the OLCC is is trying to have the transaction be completed around the 60 day mark.

  • Offers must include a deposit of at least 20-25% downpayment. No long term payments will be considered. Balance due to be paid at closing.
