Security Installation - Can range from 1-14 Days depending on the job requirements 

• 1 day - single or small-scale camera/battery backup replacement 

• 14 days - trenching, running cable, installing cameras, setting up the system, large-scale install from start to finish.

METRC Certificate

• 1-3 days. Including scheduling, the time for the presentation itself, and waiting for a certificate.

METRC Tags

• tags can take 7-10 business days to arrive after ordering.

Land Use Compatibility Statements

• Can range from 3 days to 3-4 months on the long end. 

• The average is around 21 days. Each city/county is different, and each charges a different fee per LUCS.

OLCC Application process

• Averaging 4-5 months from start to finish as of August 2022. 

• This accounts for the 1-2 month waiting period in the queue.

Water Rights (Producers)

• If you do not already have water rights, obtaining them can be a very lengthy process if it is even possible. If you have the certificate of water rights, it will be sent for further internal review/approval. 

• You’ll need documentation of a legal water source (water bill, water delivery service, public or private supplier) when you apply for a license or renew your producer license.
